Ok, so I am trying something new now. I have heard of this before, and I think it's a good idea. Since I don't really have someone to hold me accountable for what I eat or when I exercise or anything, so I am going to use this blog to do that for me. Every day, I will take pictures of what I eat and document them on here. I won't be necessarily counting calories or anything, just trying to make sure I realize what I eat and keep myself accountable.
My goals:
- Take pictures of what I eat every day and document it on the blog.
- Do some form of exercise every day for at least an hour. This does not mean going to the gym, it could be something as simple as pilates or taking Sadie on a walk for an hour. Just some form of good activity, and maybe later it will transform into more hardcore exercise.
- If need be, I will talk about what I could improve or what I am proud of for what I ate that day.
- I will also have one final touch to the daily blog that I have been wanting to do for a long time. A rose and thorn. I've heard the Obamas do this when they have dinner together, and I think it's a great idea. You say your daily rose and thorn for the day- a rose being a good thing, and a thorn being a not so good thing. Sometimes there might not be a thorn for a day, but there will always be a rose, or even two :) Hopefully there will sometimes be bouquets without a single thorn in sight!
