Exercise of the Day:
- Pilates for 1 hour. Trust me, you do not want a picture of this. It is QUITE unattractive :P

Rose & Thorn of the Day:
- Rose: Emily and Riley came back today, and I didn't really realize how much I missed them!!! It got lonely here for a while at the apartment, and it just feels nice to have them back :)
- Thorn: My acne is really flaring up. I think it's because of the new makeup I got from our family friend. My skin is not used to goop being plastered on it, and rightfully so; you do not need products to make you look beautiful. I went to Walgreens to try to solve this Thorn, and hopefully it will work out. I know it will! Who know, by this summer, maybe I will be healthier and have clearer skin! Wouldn't that be amazing?!

  1. Oh yeah, and I forgot to add my opinions on what I ate and stuff:

I know I could've done better at lunch, because honestly it really was just bread, butter, cheese, and sugar. Not that it mattered, but I had a visitor with me at lunch, and I wanted to give her a good meal that she would enjoy :) Not that I didn't- I loved it!

And yes, I know the ice-cream sandwich wasn't a grand idea either, but they're about the size of the palm of my hand, so they're not HUGE, and I'm really gonna try to cut down on my sugar intake, and this is just a first step.

My favorite meal was dinner by far. It was delicious!!!!!!! Filling too. Just chicken and veggies really.
